All personal information is kept securely in locked files and password-protected systems.

Digital data is stored in:

  • HubSpot CRM, which uses advanced TLS encryption and 2048-bit keys. (see HubSpot Security)
  • Leadpages and AWeber, which I use for online forms and newsletters. (see Leadpages Privacy Policy and AWeber Privacy Policy)
  • GoDaddy, which securely hosts my website and may temporarily store enquiry form submissions on EU or UK servers

All online booking communication is encrypted and protected by SSL certificates.

Lawful basis for processing

I process your personal data:

  • To fulfil my contractual obligations when providing massage services
  • To comply with legal and insurance record-keeping requirements
  • With your consent for marketing and newsletter communications

How long I keep your information

Your records are kept for three years after your final appointment or last contact, in line with insurance and professional body recommendations. After this period, your data will be securely deleted or destroyed.
